By accessing sayfmedical.com or using any Sayf product, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the products. For clinical partners using Sayf Connect or Sayf RTM, the executed Services Agreement and BAA control over these public-facing terms where they conflict.
Use of the site
You may use sayfmedical.com to learn about Sayf, request a demo, read our insights, and contact us. You agree not to attempt to access non-public areas of the site, run scrapers that violate our rate limits, or use the site to infringe on any third party's rights.

Intellectual property
All content on sayfmedical.com — text, design, logos, photography, video, software, and the names "Sayf Medical", "Sayf Connect", "Sayf RTM", and "Stretch Rx" — is owned by Sayf Medical and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
Sayf Connect & Sayf RTM
Access to the Sayf Connect admin dashboard and the Sayf RTM patient mobile application is governed by separate Services Agreements between Sayf and the contracting healthcare entity. End-user patients access Sayf RTM under the BAA between their healthcare provider and Sayf.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of sayfmedical.com. The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Collin County, Texas.
