Privacy policy

How Sayf collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated May 24, 2026. Applies to sayfmedical.com, the Sayf RTM patient app, and the Sayf Connect admin dashboard.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to all visitors of sayfmedical.com, all users of the Sayf RTM patient mobile application, and all administrators of Sayf Connect. If you are a patient, the protected health information your clinic shares with Sayf is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Sayf and your clinic, not by this policy alone.

Information we collect

We collect three categories of information: information you provide to us directly (when you submit a demo request, fill out a form, or contact us), information collected automatically through our website (cookies, IP address, browser type, pages visited), and clinical information that is collected on behalf of our healthcare partners under HIPAA-compliant BAAs.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the Sayf platform, respond to demo requests, communicate with you about our services, improve our products, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal information. We never use clinical data for any purpose other than operating the care program our clinical partner has contracted us to run.

HIPAA & PHI

Sayf is a Business Associate under HIPAA. Protected Health Information (PHI) is processed only under signed BAAs with covered entities (your healthcare provider). PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based, audit logged, and never used for marketing, research, or shared outside the scope of the BAA.

Cookies & tracking

sayfmedical.com uses cookies for session management, anonymous analytics, and remembering your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may stop working if you do.

Third parties

We use vetted third-party services to operate the platform: cloud hosting (HIPAA-compliant tier), email infrastructure, telephony, and SMS providers. Each is bound by a BAA where PHI is involved.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), or opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@sayfmedical.com with a brief description of the request.
